This historic pub in Philadelphia asked me to condense their multi-page menu into one page to make them easier to clean and maintain. They also wanted a large print to post outdoors in the “dog house” to entice guests to dine at their restaurant. The bar/restaurant is a bit dark and mysterious, so I wanted the depth and history to be reflected in the menu.
